Our jewelry is crafted from 18kt recycled gold, with lab-grown diamonds, black Tahitian pearls and Keshi pearls featured across our collections. Selected designs use recycled PET bottle cord. Available gold colors and finishes are listed on each product page.

Recycled gold comes from existing gold that is recovered and refined for reuse. We use 18kt recycled gold to create our pieces, making use of material already in circulation.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical composition, crystal structure and optical properties as mined diamonds. They offer the same brilliance, hardness and physical composition while the only difference is the origin.

They cannot be reliably distinguished by appearance alone. Specialized gemological testing can identify their origin. MOEYA uses lab-grown diamonds across its diamond collections.

Each individual diamond weighing more than 0.50 ct comes with an official GIA or IGI diamond certificate. This threshold refers to the weight of a single stone, rather than the combined diamond weight of a piece.

Pearls naturally vary in shape, surface and color, particularly Keshi pearls with their irregular forms. Your pearl may differ from the photograph. These variations are part of what makes each piece individual.

Black Rhodium is a surface finish applied over gold to create a dark appearance. With wear, the finish may gradually fade and reveal the gold beneath. Avoid friction, polishing cloths and harsh chemicals to help preserve it.

Our wristbands use recycled PET bottle cord. It brings color and texture to our diamond and pearl designs and is available in the options shown on each product page.

We create each made to order piece after your order is placed, rather than producing large inventories. This allows us to focus on craftsmanship, quality and thoughtful production.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for production of made-to-order pieces before dispatch. Shipping time is additional. Selected styles are available for immediate shipping; please check availability for your chosen piece or contact care@moeya.com before ordering.

We currently ship directly to Austria and Germany with DHL Express. Shipping costs €7 to Austria and €13 to Germany. Every jewelry shipment is insured.

Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days to Austria and 2–3 business days to Germany after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

You may be able to use an independent parcel forwarding service with a delivery address in Germany. Before ordering, obtain written confirmation that the provider accepts your specific jewelry piece, including its materials and value, and confirm insurance coverage for onward shipping. Our €13 shipping fee and German delivery estimate apply only to delivery to the forwarding address. You arrange and pay for onward shipping separately, including any applicable customs duties or import taxes. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, or by SMS if selected at checkout. It includes your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

Use our Ring Sizing Guide to measure your finger or compare a ring that already fits the finger you intend to wear it on. MOEYA uses EU sizes, which correspond to the ring’s inner circumference in millimeters. Measure at room temperature and repeat the measurement before choosing your size.

Measure your wrist with a strip of paper, keeping it flat against your skin without pulling it tight. For chain bracelets, add approximately 1 cm for a snug fit, 1.5 cm for a classic fit or 2 cm for a relaxed fit. Our Bracelet Sizing Guide includes separate guidance for bangles.

Our standard chain bracelets adjust from 15 to 18 cm in 1 cm increments. Tennis bracelets have a fixed length, so please select the size you need. Refer to the product details and our Bracelet Sizing Guide before ordering.

Place a non-stretch string around your neck, position it where you would like the necklace to sit and measure the length. Our standard chain necklaces adjust from 40 to 45 cm in 1 cm increments. Tennis necklaces have a fixed length. See our Necklace Sizing Guide for measurements and additional length options.

Print on A4 paper at 100%, select “actual size” and turn off “fit to page.” Check the 50 mm reference line and the €1 coin reference before using the printed measuring tools.

Most MOEYA rings can be resized once. Rings with stones set all around the band cannot be resized. Please contact care@moeya.com with your ring details so we can confirm what is possible for your piece.

Private showroom appointments are available to explore the collections and try on your favorites. Please use the showroom inquiry option on our website to arrange an appointment.

Please email care@moeya.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide the return instructions.

Yes. MOEYA jewelry comes with a two-year warranty. For a warranty inquiry, please email care@moeya.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will review your request and advise on the next steps.

We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or using household cleaning products. Put it on after applying perfume, cosmetics and lotions, once these have dried. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive heat and activities that could scratch or damage your pieces.

For gold and diamond pieces without pearls or a black rhodium finish, use lukewarm water and a little mild soap. Clean gently with a soft cloth, or a very soft brush around diamonds and their settings, then rinse and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and rough polishing materials.

After wearing, wipe your pearls with a soft, clean cloth. If needed, lightly dampen the cloth with lukewarm water. Avoid soaking pearl jewelry, and let it dry completely before storing. Keep pearls away from perfume, cleaning products and abrasive materials. Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners.

Store pieces separately to prevent scratching and tangling. Keep pearls in a soft pouch or fabric-lined box, away from heat and direct sunlight, and avoid airtight containers. See our Everyday Care Guide for material-specific advice.
